During a family yachting holiday in the Greek islands last month, Prince George reportedly made a specific dietary request that required a superyacht tender to head to the mainland. The young royal's request came as the family sailed south from Kefalonia towards Zakynthos, stopping in the Ionian Sea.
A crew member was dispatched to Zakynthos to purchase the item, which a source described as 'nothing extravagant, just something particular'. The source did not reveal exactly what was picked up, but Zakynthos is one of the few Greek islands with a McDonald's on the mainland, leading to speculation that Prince George may have requested fast food.
This is not the first time the royals have enjoyed fast food. Princess Diana was known to give Prince William and Prince Harry KFC and burgers when they were growing up. Additionally, Prince George's favourite meals include spaghetti carbonara and cheesy pasta, which he and Princess Charlotte enjoy making with their mother, the Princess of Wales.
