Meghan Markle marked her 45th birthday this week with a new photograph that divided royal fans. The black-and-white image shows the Duchess of Sussex in a swimsuit, jumping into a swimming pool while holding balloons. Some fans loved it, while others felt she was “trying too hard” to appear happy.
Expert says photo reveals key trait
Regardless of mixed reactions, one expert says the photograph proves something about Meghan that many will love: her “zest for life” and happiness. Celebrity psychic and body language expert Inbaal Honigman shared this insight exclusively with The Daily Express.
Inbaal Honigman said: "A sense of such positivity on her birthday really showcases Meghan's zest for life, and her belief in the promise of tomorrow."
Body language analysis
The expert noted Meghan's raised arms as a "victory pose," indicating an "intensely positive mood" and "double joy." Her forward-moving legs, "ploughing ahead as if marching," convey confidence and cheer, showing she feels "every day is worth looking forward to."
However, Honigman added that Meghan's smile "might be a little over stretched, lips tense, sharing a feeling of some anxiety," suggesting she may feel she's "taking some risks, but there is unbridled joy in her risk-taking."
Birthday celebrations continue
Later, Meghan shared an Instagram story video of herself dancing in her kitchen with birthday balloons and a headband, wearing pyjamas with a top reading “It’s giving Mrs.” Her husband Prince Harry is heard laughing in the background, saying “oh dear”.
She also posted a video of her and Harry putting party hats on their two dogs, Pula and Mamma Mia, laughing as the pets struggled to keep the hats on.
