Meghan Markle has been offered the opportunity to host her own radio show in the UK after expressing her fondness for British radio stations. The Duchess of Sussex made the comment during an episode of her Netflix series, With Love, Meghan, where she stated that MagicFM is “one of the things I miss most about the UK.”
Paul Sylvester, content director for MagicFM and Absolute Radio, extended the invitation at a Radio Centre event. “The offer is on the table: if the Duchess wants to host a show, she's very welcome,” he said. MagicFM currently features celebrity presenters including Ronan Keating and Nicole Appleton.
The remark came while Meghan was cooking with Queer Eye star Tan France, who jokingly called her a “grandma” for liking MagicFM. Some of Meghan’s fans have reacted positively to the offer, with one suggesting a “Meghan Hour” playlist and another hoping she accepts.
Meghan has also shared her love of music on Instagram, describing it as “part of how we kept the vibe alive” on set. She posted a list of favourite songs from the show’s second season.
