While the wedding did not feature senior royals like King Charles and Queen Camilla, several members of the royal family were present. According to reports, the bride's grandfather, Prince Edward, Duke of Kent, who was Queen Elizabeth II's cousin, attended the ceremony.

Other royal guests included the bride's parents, George Windsor, Earl of St Andrews, and Sylvana Tomaselli, Countess of St Andrews. Lady Marina's siblings, Lady Amelia Windsor, who served as maid of honour, and brother Edward Windsor, Lord Downpatrick, were also in attendance.

This wedding was the second royal wedding in June, following Peter Phillips and Harriet's wedding in The Cotswolds, which was attended by King Charles and Queen Camilla.
