Kate's Autumn Video: A Poignant Message on Letting Go
Kate's autumn video shares message on letting go

The Princess of Wales has shared a heartfelt and reflective autumn message with the public, focusing on the importance of letting go and finding clarity. This poignant video forms part of Kensington Palace's ongoing Mother Nature series, which is personally narrated by Kate herself.

A Message of Reflection and Release

In the video, released on Saturday 15 November 2025, the Princess speaks directly about the value of self-reflection during the autumn season. She encourages a greater awareness of both our inner and outer worlds, suggesting that this can lead to a clearer sense of purpose. The central, powerful theme of her narration is learning to "let go of what is no longer needed".

Scenes from Windsor and Northern Ireland

The footage, which was captured in early October, shows a very hands-on Princess engaging in outdoor cooking within the beautiful setting of Windsor Great Park. She is joined by chef Gill Meller and a group of children from Farley Junior Academy in Luton. The video also includes further filming conducted at two locations in Northern Ireland: Long Meadow Cider in Co Armagh and Mallon Farm in Co Tyrone.

The Mother Nature Project Continues

This latest instalment continues the popular quarterly series initiated by Kensington Palace. The Mother Nature series aims to connect the public with the natural world and promote themes of well-being and mindfulness, with the Princess of Wales often taking a central role in its delivery.
