Harry and Meghan Return to California After Canadian Invictus Tour

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have flown back to California following a three-day visit to Canada for the Invictus Games. The couple boarded a Bombardier Execujet charter plane at Vancouver International Airport on Saturday morning, departing for Santa Barbara just after 8:30am.

The trip included a gala dinner on Friday evening at the Vancouver Convention Centre, where singer Michael Bublé performed a rewritten version of 'My Way' that referenced Prince Harry and included a nod to King Charles III's illness. The lyrics featured the line 'our healing wishes for your dad' and described Harry as a 'visionary'.

During the event, Prince Harry gave a speech praising the Invictus Games and the support from local First Nations communities. He noted that the games have been 'warmly welcomed' and highlighted the upcoming tenth anniversary of the event.

The couple extended their stay by an extra night to attend the unscheduled gala with athletes and organisers. Meghan wore an olive green one-shoulder gown by Canadian designer Greta Constantine, while Harry wore a black suit.
