Harry and Meghan's Cotswolds neighbours: Beckhams, Clarkson, Moss, Gallagher
Harry and Meghan's Cotswolds neighbours revealed

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are expected to return to the UK in the coming days with their children, Prince Archie, seven, and Princess Lilibet, five, reportedly turning their backs on their Montecito mansion after moving to the US in 2020.

While the true intentions behind their shock U-turn have been speculated to include King Charles' health, the British education system, or the Duchess's acting career, many are now questioning where the Sussexes will reside.

Secret House-Hunting Trip

With Frogmore Cottage off the table, reports suggest the couple took a secret trip to the Cotswolds and house-hunted during their recent visit. While the location of their new home remains under wraps, Harry and Meghan are said to have secured a property in the charming village.

The Cotswolds have become increasingly popular with other American celebrities and are already home to many British A-listers living quietly and discreetly. Although it is also close to the King’s Highgrove Estate, the Sussexes could have some very famous neighbours.

Famous Faces in the Area

American TV host Ellen DeGeneres and her wife, actress Portia de Rossi, settled in the English countryside in 2024, living in a picturesque home worth a staggering £22.5 million.

In addition to their long list of properties, David and Victoria Beckham also own a sprawling £6million countryside mansion in the Cotswolds. Fans got a major glimpse inside the stunning farmhouse-style property in the England football legend's Netflix series, Beckham.

Top Gear icon Jeremy Clarkson enjoys a quiet escape away from his fast-paced life in the public eye, living in a perfect family home close to his famous Diddly Squat Farm in Chipping Norton. While he has aired his dislike for Prince Harry and Meghan, Jeremy's £4million five-bedroom property, which dates back to the early 1900s, could be in close proximity to the Royals.

Away from Chipping Norton is Little Faringdon, situated in west Oxfordshire and home to supermodel Kate Moss. She purchased the ten-bedroom Grade II-listed mansion over a decade ago, but only moved there full-time during the pandemic.

Kate previously told The Sunday Times that she goes wild swimming "in a secret place, in the middle of lots of fields and only the villagers are allowed to use". The model said she grew potatoes, garlic, onions, tomatoes and salad leaves in her vegetable patch, and cooked Sunday lunch for daughter Lila.

After his eye-watering Oasis reunion tour payday, Liam Gallagher reportedly splashed out on a luxury £4.2million country mansion in the Cotswolds near Cirencester. As the news circulated, the musician took to social media and penned: "To all the BEAUTIFUL people from the Cotswolds, I come in peace, you won't even know I'm there. I'm not like all those divvy celebrities who like to show off, I'm LO FI as you were LG."
