EastEnders spoilers reveal that Max Branning (Jake Wood) and Priya Nandra-Hart (Sophie Khan Levy) are caught in the act by the most unexpected character: Jean Slater (Gillian Wright). The co-workers have been secretly seeing each other behind Cindy Beale's (Michelle Collins) back, who believes she has finally found her perfect match in Max.
An affair exposed
Despite being engaged to Cindy, Max couldn't resist starting an affair with Priya. Priya had previously considered revealing their secret but stopped when Ravi Galati (Aaron Thiara) returned to Walford. However, weeks later, Max and Priya reignited their passion, sneaking into the flat Max shares with Cindy.
Unbeknownst to them, Cindy had hired Jean to clean the flat. Jean, struggling to pay her rent, jumped at the chance for extra cash but got more than she bargained for when she overheard giggling from the bedroom.
Jean's discovery
Realizing she might have walked in on something she shouldn't have, Jean tried to leave, but it was too late. Priya emerged from the bedroom and spotted Jean. The two exchanged a surprised glance before Jean made a quick exit.
The big question now is: what will Jean do with her discovery? Will she feel compelled to tell Cindy the truth about Max and Priya's affair?
