Princess Catharina-Amalia of the Netherlands turned heads at the gala dinner celebrating the ascension of Grand Duke Guillaume and Grand Duchess Stéphanie of Luxembourg. The 21-year-old Dutch heir wore a custom Monique Lhuillier ballgown in juniper green, valued at approximately £7,600, paired with silver Aquazzura heels and heirloom jewellery.

The off-the-shoulder embroidered gown was praised by royal fashion enthusiasts online, with one fan calling it a 'showstopper' and another noting that green suits her as well as it does her mother, Queen Maxima. Catharina-Amalia accessorised with the diamond tiara once owned by Queen Emma of the Netherlands, who was also Grand Duchess of Luxembourg, along with her mother's diamond and emerald earrings and a brooch belonging to Queen Wilhelmina.

The princess was pictured alongside the new Grand Ducal couple and Princess Elisabeth of Belgium, highlighting her growing presence among Europe's young royals. Earlier in September, she accompanied Queen Maxima to the United Nations General Assembly in New York, where she wore a midnight blue velvet suit with red pumps, demonstrating a style that mirrors her mother's fashion-forward approach.
