Strictly Come Dancing returns tonight (Saturday, October 10) for another live show, with the remaining couples battling it out in the ballroom. Voting is expected to open at approximately 8.30pm, and fans can cast their votes online or via QR code.
How to vote in Strictly Come Dancing
When voting opens, visit the BBC Strictly homepage and locate the voting option at the top of the page. Voting can be completed online at www.bbc.co.uk/strictly or by scanning a QR code, which directs you straight to the voting page. The QR code will appear on screen throughout the live broadcast, alongside all other voting details.
Prior to voting, you must be logged in using your BBC account. If you've not previously voted online, you'll need to create a BBC account to participate - though ensure you complete this before the live programme begins as time will be limited to cast your vote.
Voting rules and leaderboard reset
When voting opens, the couples will appear in alphabetical order. To submit your votes, choose your preferred dancing partnership by clicking the plus symbol beside their names. You may assign all five of your votes to one couple, or distribute them amongst different contestants. Should you submit all your votes simultaneously, you cannot vote again. However, if you've opted to vote individually or through several submissions, you can use the "vote again" option to allocate your remaining votes until the button vanishes.
Last week, each partnership's movie-themed performance was combined with their score from the previous week, giving them a combined total before the first elimination. Australian singer Delta Goodrem and her professional partner Kai Widdrington found themselves at the top of the combined leaderboard following Movie Week, with 59 points. They were followed by Graeme Hall and Lauren Oakley and Lacey Turner and Vito Coppola, who each scored 55 points. In contrast, Melanie Walters and Aljaž Škorjanec found themselves at the bottom of the leaderboard with 30 points.
The scores have been reset ahead of the upcoming live show, meaning everything is still to play for. Strictly Come Dancing is available to stream on BBC iPlayer.
