The 25-year-old television personality, who first rose to fame on the winter 2023 series of the hit ITV2 show, shared glimpses of her holiday on Instagram this week. Samie was pictured wearing a stylish striped triangle top paired with cream linen trousers, flashing a glimpse of her toned midriff. She captioned the sunny snapshots simply: 'Back in the sunshine.'
While enjoying the luxury of poolside relaxation, the influencer also made sure to maintain her rigorous fitness routine during the trip, balancing indulgence with discipline.
Third Time Lucky in the Villa?
Beyond the holiday content, a significant revelation has emerged about Samie's potential return to the show that made her famous. According to reports, producers are keen to bring her back for another shot at romance, potentially as soon as this January.
An insider told The Sun that Samie has been in early talks with Love Island bosses about a return. This would mark her third stint in the villa, following her original appearance and a brief return for the 'All Stars' edition earlier this year.
The source explained Samie's perspective, stating: 'She knows it will be her third stint but she doesn't feel like she had a great shot when she did All Stars as she went in so late into the series, so it was really hard to get any momentum.'
A Rocky Road to Romance
Samie's Love Island journey has been a rollercoaster. During her first series in South Africa, she coupled up with Tom Clare and the pair made it all the way to the final, though their relationship ended months after leaving the villa.
Her 'All Stars' experience was cut short after a late entry and an unsuccessful attempt to couple up with Luca Bish, who was already paired with Grace Jackson. Following her exit, she enjoyed a short-lived, two-month romance with I'm A Celebrity winner Sam Thompson.
Speaking exclusively to the Daily Mail, Samie joked that another villa appearance might be her best chance at love, admitting the current dating scene is 'tough'. She said: 'I do find dating hard... It's the calibre of men in the world right now, they're just not it.'
