Eric Rosenbrook, a star of the reality TV show 90 Day Fiancé, has been arrested and charged with misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct after an alleged incident on 4 July in Adams, Wisconsin. According to reports, the 35-year-old slapped a woman believed to be his wife, Leida Rosenbrook, while she was holding their baby daughter.
The alleged victim told authorities that Rosenbrook had been drinking and went to pick up food but did not return promptly. She found him passed out in his car outside their apartment and videotaped him. When she woke him, he entered the house and slapped her, waking the child. He then reportedly wanted to hold the baby but was refused because he was too drunk, leading to the slap.
Rosenbrook admitted to hitting his wife but claimed he did not intend to harm the child. He later left the apartment and fell asleep in his car again. Police confirmed he admitted to the assault. The victim stated she had been abused since their marriage in 2018.
This is not the first allegation of domestic violence against Rosenbrook. In 2019, he was accused of pulling Leida's hair and scratching her scalp during an altercation. He denied striking her but admitted to restraining her after she threatened self-harm, saying his military training took over and he went too far.
Rosenbrook married Leida after meeting on season six of 90 Day Fiancé. She filed for divorce last year, but the petition was later withdrawn. He was booked around 2am on 5 July and is facing charges of misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct.
