Sadie King (Patsy Kensit) has shifted her focus to seducing Caleb Miligan (William Ash) in Emmerdale, as Joe Tate's (Ned Porteous) revenge plot against the Miligan family intensifies.
Joe recruited Sadie to help destroy Caleb and Ruby Miligan (Beth Cordingly), believing they are responsible for Dawn Taylor's (Olivia Bromley) death. Joe previously buried Ruby alive but has continued his campaign against the couple.
Camera hidden in Miligan household
In this evening's episode, Sadie hid a camera in the Miligan household, hoping to overhear something that could be used against Caleb and Ruby. However, her plan appeared to stall when Ruby showed reluctance to discuss her father, Anthony.
Sadie tried to encourage Ruby to open up, but Ruby refused to explain why she no longer has a relationship with her father. Unbeknownst to Sadie, Ruby killed her dad in 2025 after telling everyone he had sexually abused her as a child.
Joe's warning and Sadie's new tactic
At Home Farm, Sadie told Joe about her suspicions regarding Anthony and was curious when he advised her to leave that part of Ruby's life alone. Joe knows Ruby killed her father and helped keep the truth quiet after Caleb discovered Joe had stolen his kidney.
Unable to investigate that avenue, Sadie decided to seduce Caleb, who has a history of cheating on his wife. As she focuses on charming Caleb, there remains a chance she could still uncover what happened to Anthony.
Miligans in danger
If Ruby tells Caleb about Sadie's questions regarding her father, they could mention his murder. If Sadie listens in via the hidden camera, anything could happen. The developments suggest the Miligans are most certainly in danger.
