Married At First Sight UK saw two couples leave the show in dramatic scenes aired tonight. Nikita Jasmine and Ant Poole, along with Jordon Mundell and Alexis Economou, have exited the E4 series.
Nikita was removed by producers for 'unacceptable' behaviour after an off-camera incident escalated. She reportedly exploded at Jordon during the reunion dinner. As a result, her partner Ant also had to leave the experiment.
Jordon and Alexis chose to leave after their relationship broke down following their wedding day. The departures occurred during the first commitment ceremony, where the couples reunited with experts Mel Schilling, Paul C Brunson and Charlene Douglas.
Nikita later apologised, telling The Sun: 'I loved every minute of the experience but it was a rollercoaster of emotions, and sometimes they got the better of me. But that's me as a person and I am truly sorry for any upset I caused.'
The exits followed tension between Megan and Jordon, which led to a confrontation. Megan apologised to her partner Bob, saying: 'The first thing I want to do, is apologise to Bob with all my heart.'
Next week, the remaining couples will take part in 'yes week' to test their relationships.
