Big Brother nominations 'rip house apart' as fans predict double eviction

The latest round of nominations in Big Brother has 'ripped the house apart', with fans already working out who could be in the firing line for Friday's public vote.

Yasmin was chosen by the blue team, which included Sam, Catrin and Phillip, and given a 'killer nomination', guaranteeing she will face the public vote. Now the group has made its own selections for who they want to be at risk of leaving on Friday night.

Housemates make their nominations

During his nomination, Rob said: “Unfortunately [he] has put me in the position where I don't feel comfortable enough to be myself around him. [He] has no interest in getting to understand me and I’ve come across people like that before who actively try and go out of their way to like, to try and not get me… and that really gets me down… it breaks my heart to be honest…”

Sam, talking about someone else, shared: “...she’s very aware of the cameras all the time. And the things she does can come across as quite fabricated… it just doesn’t feel 100% authentic. And not to mention her mood does fluctuate quite a lot in the House, and if she’s in a good mood we’re all swell. And if she’s in a bad mood, everyone feels it.”

Meanwhile, Rhianna told Big Brother: “[She] tries to take control of the House. Kind of telling people off in a sense. It’s just a lot of control coming in… it’s just a bit, fun police, you know.”

Yasmin confessed: " I ain’t heard [him] have a single opinion in like the last four weeks and then yesterday suddenly he was like full of opinions and not very nice ones either…”

Fans predict nominations and double eviction

ITV has shared preview footage of the upcoming installment, titled "Nominations rip the house apart". Fans believe the editing reveals the identity of some nominations. It appears, although not confirmed, that Rochelle nominates Phillip, Sam chooses Frankie, Twinks picks Rihanna, and Catrin opts to put Lynx up.

After nominations, Rochelle threatens to 'tear the house apart' after some of the group played a prank on her. Footage shows her breaking down in tears in the Diary Room after an item of hers goes missing, before a "brawl in the bedroom" with Frankie.

Some fans believe using a killer nomination for Yasmin will put more than two people up for eviction and lead to a double exit. One person posted on Reddit: "The housemates are nominating in tonight’s episode, so we think it’ll be a double? Yas is already up, they’ll be picking two people to nominate… two newbies have recently entered bumping the numbers back up. Do we think it’s time?"

Someone else offered a different twist: "Has there ever been a double eviction where, when the names are called out, the housemates are given 10 minutes to save one of the two immediately? That would fit with the 'House of Power'."

Others predicted the result, with one claiming: "Most definitely getting the vibes that most of these are votes for Omar. Hope I'm right." Another agreed: "Omar definitely nominated." But not everyone was so sure, as one person admitted: "I've accepted it - Omar's going to escape another eviction. And I'm so mad about it."

Big Brother continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
