Big Brother housemate Harry was left visibly upset and in tears during a 'diabolical' task after comments from fellow contestant Rochelle, preview footage has revealed. The scenes, set to air during tonight's episode, have already sparked a reaction from fans, with many rushing to support Harry.
Task Details Revealed
During the challenge, which determines the shopping budget, the house has been transformed into Big Brother's body. Big Brother explained: "This week, the house has transformed into Big Brother's body. Your job is to keep it healthy and happy. As this is still The House of Power, you will remain in your two teams."
Team captains Rob and Samuel were designated as Big Brother's Brain, holding all the power, while other housemates became blue and red blood cells, tasked with obeying every command from their side of the brain. The losing team will be forced to survive on basic rations.
Harry's Emotional Breakdown
However, the task proved too much for some. In preview footage shared by ITV, Rochelle is seen telling her team, specifically Harry, that they need to take the challenge seriously. Later, while speaking to Rob, Harry expressed his frustration: "I feel like all of our lot have f****d off. I feel like we've just left and even then, Rochelle just said 'what did you do to stand out?'"
Rob replied: "This process is hard enough without people making it harder for each other. You can tell me to shut up if this is an overreach, but from a couple of people it feels there's an assumption that you can't do a challenge." Harry confessed: "I'm not like a f*****g idiot. I don't want to come across like some thick p**** at the same time, though."
Fans React
Despite Rob's reassurance, Harry remained upset, saying: "They do. I know you don't. They literally said 'I can't be that stupid' - like people thought I was being that stupid that it comes across that I'm acting. They literally think how can someone be that dumb."
Fans were quick to react to the early footage. One commented: "Omg Harry finally woke up. Where has this Harry been?" Others rushed to support him, with one saying: "Leave Harry alone!! Harry for the win." Another added: "I don't like the way Harry's been treated."
Some viewers were distracted by the costumes worn during the task. One posted: "These costumes always trigger arguments, just dress them up and they'll argue." Another replied: "I couldn't take anyone serious with everyone looking like strawberries and blueberries." The task, described as "diabolical" by one fan, saw housemates compete for a luxury shopping budget. Big Brother continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
