Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins Crowns All-Female Trio as Winners
All-Female Trio Triumph on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins

In a landmark moment for the hit reality series, Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins has celebrated an unforgettable all-female victory for only the second time in the show's history. The triumphant trio of Dani Dyer, Gabby Allen, and Emily Seebohm successfully passed the notoriously brutal selection course, which culminated in a demanding final interrogation test in North Africa.

A Gruelling Journey to the Finish Line

The final episode, which aired on 26 January 2026, saw the five remaining recruits face their ultimate challenge. Over eight intense episodes, Chief Instructor Billy Billingham and his Directing Staff—Jason Fox, Rudy Reyes, and Chris Oliver—subjected fourteen celebrities from the UK and Australia to a condensed version of the Special Air Service selection process. This rigorous course was designed to strip participants of sleep and push their physical and mental strength to the absolute limit.

The Final Test and Historic Outcome

From the original fourteen recruits, several chose to withdraw or were removed during the process. However, Dani Dyer, Gabby Allen, Emily Seebohm, rugby star Ben Cohen, and swimmer Mack Horton persevered to reach the final stage: a harrowing interrogation. During this critical test, both Ben Cohen and Mack Horton made the decision to stand down and quit the course.

This left the three female contestants as the sole survivors, securing their place as the winners. Chief Instructor Billy Billingham delivered the final verdict, stating, "Eight days ago you came from both sides of the world. Fourteen arrived. Three stand before us. Just because you stand on the finish line doesn’t mean you’ve passed this course." He then confirmed their success, adding, "It’s a rare moment to say — congratulations to all three of you. You’ve passed this course."

Reactions from the Winning Trio

Reflecting on the arduous experience, Dani Dyer described the course as "horrendous", but expressed immense pride in her achievement. "Every single moment was horrendous. But to hear that I’d passed — it’s the best feeling in the world. If I can do this, I can do anything," she said. Dyer also highlighted the significance of an all-female win, remarking, "I love it because we are strong women. We go through so much as women, mentally and physically."

Olympic swimmer Emily Seebohm shared her surprise at the final outcome, noting the strength of her male counterparts. "I wasn’t surprised it was the three women, but I was surprised the two guys (Ben and Mack) didn’t make it because they were so strong. I was always trying to keep up with them during tasks, so to not see them at the end was shocking," she explained.

Gabby Allen, who rose to fame alongside Dyer on the dating show Love Island, celebrated their collective resilience. "I can’t believe that out of fourteen people, it’s us. Well, I can — because we’re boss b***hes. Standing there with two women at the end meant everything to me," she declared. Allen emphasised the empowering message of their victory, stating, "My whole brand is about empowering women from every walk of life. Men are strong, but women show time and time again that we can do just as much."

A Bond Forged in Adversity

The experience created an unbreakable bond between the winners. Gabby Allen expressed her admiration for Dani Dyer's determination throughout the course. "The whole cast surprised me in different ways but Dani surprised me. I felt protective of her, but she held her own and never gave up. Standing next to her at the end was incredible. Two girls from Love Island showing everyone what we can do," Allen remarked.

The victory marks a significant moment for the series, demonstrating the formidable mental fortitude and physical endurance of the female contestants. The full series of Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins is available to stream on Channel 4.
