Boyzone have announced they will reunite for a one-off stadium show next summer, featuring an emotional tribute to late bandmate Stephen Gately. The concert, titled 'One For The Road: Live At Emirates Stadium', is scheduled for Saturday 6 June 2026 at the 44,000-capacity venue in London.
The group, comprising Ronan Keating, Keith Duffy, Mikey Graham and Shane Lynch, rose to fame in 1993. Stephen Gately died in October 2009 at his home in Mallorca due to a pulmonary oedema caused by an undiagnosed heart condition. The reunion marks their first performance together since a five-night run at the London Palladium in 2019.
In a statement, the band said: 'We've been truly blown away and humbled by the response to the documentary this year. The love we've felt from fans all over the world has inspired us to create the ultimate experience together, headlining our own stadium show. The four of us can't wait to stand together again and enjoy One For The Road.'
The announcement follows the release of the Sky documentary 'Boyzone: No Matter What' in February 2025, which prompted renewed discussions about the group's future. Ronan Keating previously told Scott Mills on the BBC Breakfast Show that the reaction to the documentary had been 'unbelievable' and led to talks about a possible reunion in 2026.
Ticket pre-sale begins on Tuesday 7 October at 9am, with general sale on Friday 10 October at 9am. The group first split in 2000 and reunited in 2007, before embarking on farewell tours between 2018 and 2019.
