Take That are set to perform at Cardiff's Principality Stadium this week as part of their iconic Circus Live tour. The band will bring their extravagant theatrical show to the Welsh capital on Tuesday, June 16, much to the excitement of die-hard fans who remember the original tour in 2009.
Banned Items at Principality Stadium
Fans attending the concert should be aware of items prohibited inside the venue. The following are not allowed:
- Fireworks, flares, pyrotechnics
- All horns, including air horns
- Musical instruments
- Smoke canisters, laser pointers
- Bottles, glasses, cans
- Cooking devices
- Banners, poles
- Large golf-type umbrellas
- Selfie sticks
- Knives, blades, or any item that could be used as a weapon
- Promotional, commercial, political, or religious printed matter (leaflets, banners, flags, signs, symbols)
- Animals (except service or guide dogs)
- Equipment capable of recording or transmitting audio, visual, or audio-visual material
Bag Policy and Food
The stadium recommends not bringing a bag, but small bags (up to 35cm x 40cm x 19cm) or standard handbags are permitted. Large bags are prohibited, and no storage facilities are available. Outside food and drink are not allowed except in exceptional circumstances. The venue offers a range of food stalls, including hot dogs, loaded nachos, nacho-topped chicken tenders, and the exclusive Circus Burger. Designated drivers can enjoy £1 off soft drinks by filling out a form in the fan guide. Early arrivals can explore food trucks and bars serving steak, tacos, burritos, Greek street food, burgers, coffee, and cocktails. The Pitch Side Bar will also be open before the show.

Last-minute tickets for Take That in Cardiff start at £71 for restricted view seats on Ticketmaster, which also offers verified resale tickets. Other options include Viagogo, Vividseats, See Tickets, and StubHub. However, fans should note that official sites like Ticketmaster and Live Nation discourage purchasing resale tickets from resale sites.
