Rockstar has released official previews of six GTA 6 radio stations, offering fans a first listen to the game's music and hosts. The samples, available on the official GTA 6 website, arrive just hours after another gameplay leak surfaced online.
Six stations previewed
The six stations now available to stream include Cocoteo FM (Latin music, hosted by El Martillo and La Gata), Back Country Radio (country music, hosted by MW and Delta Dawne), AfroBank FM (African music, hosted by Burna and Palmsy), The Chamber 106.6 (metal music, hosted by DJ Kerry and DJ Tom), Flash FM (pop music, hosted by Robyn and Alex), and Dirty South Classics (rap and hip hop, hosted by Trick and Trina).
Each preview runs around two minutes and includes samples of both the music and the station's respective hosts. The stations are expected to feature talk radio segments between songs, with Back Country Radio reportedly including reports from 'swamp meteorologist' Mud Dog Mike.
Music on foot and podcasts
Rockstar has confirmed that players will be able to listen to music while on foot, as well as access all-new podcasts. The podcasts have not been detailed yet, but players will need to purchase headphones or earbuds and connect them to their phone in-game to listen while moving around.
This feature was hinted at in a gameplay leak from August, which showed a character browsing earbuds in a game shop.
Soundtrack pre-orders open
The new music section of the website also promotes pre-orders for GTA 6's soundtrack, which launches on November 19 alongside the game. The soundtrack will be available physically on CD and vinyl, a decision that has drawn criticism from some physical game enthusiasts. Previews of new singles by artists including Travis Scott and Keith Richards are also featured on the site.
