French retailer Micromania is offering a replica Nintendo 64 box as a pre-order bonus for the Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake, a perk currently unavailable in the UK. The bonus is limited to customers who pre-order the game from Micromania and collect it at midnight at one of 11 stores across France.
Replica box details
The replica is not an exact reproduction of the original Nintendo 64 sleeve, as the front and back are identical, meaning it lacks the screenshots and text found on the original back cover. It will be available in limited quantities. EB Games Canada is offering a similar bonus, but with the golden NTSC sleeve, while Micromania's version uses the black and gold PAL design.
UK pre-order options
UK customers are instead offered a replica set of the spiritual stones, which has reportedly sold out on the Nintendo Store. The remake will also feature a special textured foil packaging at launch worldwide, available while supplies last, according to Nintendo.
The Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake is set to launch worldwide on November 5, 2026, on Switch 2. It is described as a perfect excuse to revisit an undisputed classic.
