Tickets have gone on sale for the outdoor ice rink at Haigh Woodland Park in Wigan, which opens later this month as part of the festive season.
The event, named Ho Ho Haigh On Ice, will let visitors skate on real ice 'surrounded by festive cheer and twinkling lights'.
Opening date and festive launch
The rink opens on Sunday, November 15, when the Christmas lights are switched on in 'an afternoon packed with live music, festive entertainment and seasonal cheer'.
It will then run daily from 9am to 6pm until January 3. A Santa's Grotto will be located next to the rink, although full details have yet to be released.
Ticket prices and availability
Off-peak tickets cost £10 for adults, £8 for children aged 4 to 15 and £5 for threes and under. At peak times, covering weekends and school holidays, prices rise to £12.50 for adults, £10 for ages 4 to 15 and £8 for threes and under.
A spokesperson said: "Whether you're a confident skater or stepping onto the ice for the very first time, our magical outdoor ice rink is the perfect place to make Christmas memories with family and friends."
