The Duchess of Edinburgh has been spotted wearing the same cream lace blouse from royal-loved label Aspiga on multiple occasions, most recently at the Edinburgh International Festival over the weekend.
Sophie joined Prince Edward at the event in Scotland wearing the elegant blouse, which features intricate all-over lace, delicate ladder detailing, a smart stand collar, and a split neckline. Long sleeves with fluted cuffs add a softer, romantic feel, while a cotton-lined bodice provides coverage without compromising the delicate finish.
A repeat favourite in Sophie's wardrobe
The Duchess first wore the blouse back in July and reached for it again just weeks later, confirming its place as a staple. Sophie is a regular customer of Aspiga, often choosing the British label for dresses, blouses, and summer footwear.
The neutral ecru shade pairs with virtually anything, and the lace detail elevates even a simple pair of jeans. The blouse, named Nel, is available in sizes XS to XXL, equivalent to UK sizes 8 to 18, and retails for £95.
Affordable alternatives with a similar feel
For a more budget-friendly option, a lace front blouse from another brand offers a similar romantic look with delicate lace detailing across the front and softly gathered sleeves. Made from 100% cotton, the relaxed oyster-coloured design works with jeans or tailored trousers and comes in sizes 8 to 22.
Another alternative is Monsoon's Lyra Sheer Blouse, priced at £59, which has a more romantic feel with delicate floral detailing and a floaty sheer finish. The ivory design features a smocked neckline, soft balloon sleeves, and beaded tassel ties, available in sizes S to XXL. It can easily transition from late summer into autumn.
