The Duchess of Sussex has offered a glimpse into her holiday hosting style, revealing a new family favourite food item while demonstrating how to create an elegant breakfast station using products from her lifestyle brand.
A Luxurious Breakfast Setup
In a new video posted to the official As Ever Instagram page, Meghan Markle, 44, was filmed in her home kitchen preparing an elaborate breakfast spread perfect for the festive season. The Duchess began by advising viewers planning group breakfasts to create self-service stations where guests can help themselves.
Demonstrating her approach, Meghan used a vintage serving dish to scoop out several spoonfuls of her £9 raspberry spread, describing it as "a really nice way to add to a little yogurt parfait station." She then built a parfait in a coupe glass, layering the jam with yogurt, granola, fresh raspberries, blueberries, and a drizzle of her As Ever sage and honeycomb honey.
"Yes, you could do a yogurt parfait in a normal bowl or you could just make it a little bit more special," she remarked, adding that "all of this is great for kids."
Simple Entertaining Solutions
Moving around her kitchen table, which featured a board of fresh fruit and pancakes, the Duchess offered practical advice for busy hosts. "If you don't want to make pancakes, don't make pancakes, you just get the ones from the freezer section," she told her followers.
She decorated the board with chopped and whole fruits including strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries, alongside a bowl of whipped cream. It was here that she revealed a particular household favourite, picking up a small waffle and topping it with cream and a spoonful of As Ever strawberry jam, which she identified as a "favourite" in her home.
For heartier appetites, Meghan presented a quiche fresh from the oven, describing it as a breakfast staple when feeding a crowd. She again suggested store-bought alternatives, saying viewers could "simply purchase one from a supermarket" if they preferred not to bake.
Creating a Welcoming Atmosphere
The Duchess emphasized the importance of presentation and convenience for guests. "You can leave it out if you know people are going to wake up right around now, otherwise I will just write a little note that says: 'Morning, help yourselves, quiche is in the oven'," she suggested.
Completing her breakfast spread, Meghan prepared a tall glass of iced coffee topped with her As Ever honey. She described her overall presentation as "enticing" and explained it was a way for "people can wake up in the morning and feel a little more cared for."
The breakfast tutorial follows behind-the-scenes footage from Meghan's recent Harper's Bazaar photoshoot, where she appeared on the magazine's December 2025/January 2026 cover. In intimate scenes posted to her Instagram, the Duchess blushed and covered her face when a male staff member told her she was "10 out of 10."
In her accompanying Harper's Bazaar interview, conducted at the Beverly Hills Hotel in LA, Meghan reflected on her relationship with Prince Harry, whom she married in 2018. She described being initially drawn to his "childlike wonder and playfulness" when they met in 2016, and noted that "no one in the world loves me more than him." The couple share two children: six-year-old Archie Harrison and four-year-old Lilibet Diana.
