Hot Curl Pilates, a business with two studios in Knowsley, has arrived at Creamfields. Owner Elizabeth Ball, 23, from Rainhill, is hosting a variety of music-themed sessions at the dance music festival, which runs until Sunday, August 30 and is expected to welcome 80,000 attendees.
From Kirkby and Huyton to Creamfields
Elizabeth opened Hot Curl Pilates in Kirkby town centre on Monday, October 6, 2025, and confirmed in June that she would open her second venue on Derby Road in Huyton Village. Now she has taken her pilates studio to one of the world's biggest dance festivals.
The festival's line-up of more than 250 acts features familiar faces including Calvin Harris, Swedish House Mafia, Disclosure, Underworld (Live), Amelie Lens presents AURA, Becky Hill, Carl Cox and many more. In its Downtown area, home to padel courts, a football pitch, food village and more, Elizabeth will host sessions including Cream Classics Pilates, Disco Pilates, and Sunset Stretch, curated to fit with the festival's offering.
Signature Disco Classes at the Festival
She told the ECHO: "It's been insane. The first day with the weather was quiet, we felt so sorry for the people treading through the mud. But this morning people have had an early night with the storm and woken up full of energy. Everyone who has come here has just had the best time."
Hot Curl Pilates offers disco-themed reformer classes which have "blew up". She has brought these signature classes with her to the festival. Asked what made her bring her studios to Creamfields, the 23-year-old said: "Why not? We're in a different era now. I think our vibe of the studio matches perfectly with Creamfields. We've launched our disco classes, that's like our signature thing, it's what we're known for. We bring the fun and the vibes into the fitness. It just fits perfectly."
