Clarks and Damson Madder team up on colourful new Wallabees and Mary Jane mules
Clarks and Damson Madder team up on colourful new Wallabees and mules

London fashion label Damson Madder has announced its latest collaboration, marking its first step into footwear through a partnership with Clarks. The collection reworks two of Clarks' most recognisable silhouettes with a distinct Damson Madder twist.

Wallabee Damson and Nomad Damson

The first style, the Wallabee Damson, is a new take on the classic Wallabee in a striking pillar box red. It retains the same structural silhouette and natural crepe rubber soles, but in an updated vibrant shade with matching red decorative lacing on the vamp. On the heel, there is a Damson Girl character, inspired by Clarks' original 'Trekman' motif from the 1970s.

The second style, the Nomad Damson, is based on Clarks' Nomad shoe, reimagined as an open-back Mary Jane-style mule in a chocolate plum colourway. It features a double strap and silver 'D' and 'M' branded buckles.

Customisation and pricing

Both shoes share a polka dot footbed with Damson Madder branding, along with bespoke charms that can be mixed, matched and swapped to customise each pair. The Wallabee Damson is priced at £155, while the Nomad Damson costs £170.

The collection also includes a pair of Damson Madder x Clarks Originals Stripe Rugby Socks, with signature brown and red stripes in soft cotton, priced at £18.

Availability

The Damson Madder x Clarks collection is now available on its website in sizes 35.5 to 41. Given how quickly Clarks collaborations tend to sell out, this is definitely not one to miss.
