Charlotte Tilbury has introduced a new concealer to its airbrush flawless family, the airbrush flawless blur concealer. The product promises up to 24 hours of crease-proof wear, water and sweat resistance, and doubled under-eye hydration, according to the brand. It has already been used on the red carpet by celebrities including Teyana Taylor and Amal Clooney.
The concealer joins the brand's existing beautiful skin radiant concealer (2022) and magic away concealer (2018). It is designed to smooth, blur and lock makeup in place for long-lasting wear. The formula is dispensed via a diamond-shaped doe-foot applicator that helps control the amount of product.
In testing, the concealer blended smoothly without graininess or streaking. It did not crease under the eyes after several hours, stayed in place without slipping, and showed no patchiness or oxidisation. The finish was described as natural, striking a middle ground between coverage and lightness.
The reviewer noted that the concealer held up during a hot tube journey, supporting the brand's claims of sweat and waterproofing. However, the claim of doubling hydration in one hour could not be verified, though skin felt neither dry nor tight.
