Bellagio Las Vegas Undergoes Major Transformation Ahead of Hollywood Return
The legendary Bellagio Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, forever immortalized as the central setting for the Ocean's trilogy featuring Ocean's Eleven, Ocean's Twelve, and Ocean's Thirteen, is undergoing significant enhancements. This iconic venue, where stars like George Clooney, Brad Pitt, and Julia Roberts plotted their cinematic heists while roaming its luxurious corridors, is preparing for a major Hollywood comeback.
New Attractions and Dining Experiences
One of the most notable additions to the Bellagio Las Vegas is the premier seafood restaurant Carbone Riviera, which opened in fall 2025 in the space formerly occupied by Picasso. This splendidly designed venue offers waterfront dining with spectacular views of the famous dancing fountains.
The Mayfair Supper Club has introduced a new, highly interactive 'dinner and a show' experience featuring a refreshed menu and live performances. Meanwhile, the Garden Table at the Conservatory now offers brunch experiences with new dishes from Lago and specialty cocktails from master bartenders.
Springtime Symphony: A Botanical Marvel
Perhaps the most impressive attraction remains the Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens, which currently features the Springtime Symphony: Music in Motion display running through June 6. Designed by Ed Libby and brought to life by Bellagio's Horticulture team, this exhibit transforms the garden into a living storybook with pastel hues, stained glass artistry, and music box-inspired elements.
'Spring has a way of turning even the smallest details into something magical,' said Libby. 'We are always looking for new ways to raise the bar and evolve the guest experience, and this display brings more movement and life to the garden than ever before.'
The exhibit features thousands of flowers arranged along winding paths, with highlights including a grand Fabergé egg showpiece, hand-painted stained-glass windows, and a flower-crowned gazebo housing The Garden Table dining experience. The Conservatory remains complimentary and open to the public 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Hollywood's Favorite Backdrop
The Bellagio's updates come as the resort prepares to welcome back Hollywood productions. Ocean's 14 is officially in development at Warner Bros with a planned late 2026 filming start date and expected 2027 or 2028 release. The original cast including Clooney, Pitt, Julia Roberts, Matt Damon, and Don Cheadle are set to return for this later-in-life heist story.
Simultaneously, the resort is currently hosting filming for the new black comedy The Fifth Wheel, starring Kim Kardashian, Nikki Glaser, and Brenda Song, directed by Eva Longoria. This continues the Bellagio's legacy as a favored filming location, having previously appeared in Jason Bourne, The Hangover trilogy, and Focus.
Sustainable Practices and Iconic Features
The Bellagio continues its commitment to sustainability through innovative water management. Water used in the Conservatory comes from on-site underground wells utilizing rain and recycled water from the resort, avoiding municipal potable water. This recycling system keeps thousands of pounds of waste out of local landfills while improving regional soil, air, and water quality.
The resort's famous dancing fountains, inspired by European villages and performing over an eight-acre Mediterranean-blue lake, remain one of Las Vegas' most recognizable attractions. Operated by MGM Resorts International, the Bellagio maintains its position as both an entertainment destination and cinematic landmark, blending luxury accommodations with environmental responsibility and Hollywood glamour.
