Zoe Kravitz Speaks on Harry Styles Engagement Rumors
Zoe Kravitz Addresses Harry Styles Engagement Rumors

Zoe Kravitz has broken her silence about her rumored engagement to former One Direction star Harry Styles.

The actress and model, 37, and the Aperture singer first sparked romance rumors in August 2025 after a series of public sightings together. The pair have hit the headlines in recent months amid speculation they are set to tie the knot.

During an interview with British Vogue, the star said she is "aware" of the discussion about her relationship and finds it "overwhelming."

Kravitz said: "I'm aware it's happening. I'm aware of when it's happening, like when there are eight people outside my house, that's super uncomfortable. I'm aware of all the ingredients that create the thing we're talking about. But that doesn't mean you're necessarily OK with it."

The star told of how she finds it unhealthy to engage with the speculation, adding: "There are moments, obviously, when you just want to hide because it feels overwhelming. And then there are moments when you, whether it's in a defiant way, are like, 'I'm going to walk and get my coffee and you're not going to take that away from me.'"

Recent images have surfaced online of Kravitz walking around New York City, wearing what appears to be an engagement ring on her left hand. She told the fashion magazine: "People sometimes ask me, 'Why are you walking around?' It's because I live in New York. I live three blocks away – I'm not going to get in a car. When the weather is nice? I want to participate in life. Even though the experience is different, I still would rather have that than be someone who completely closes myself off and doesn't want to walk to get a coffee, because then who are you? Maintaining any kind of normal state, I think, is really important."

Reflecting on the future and the concept of balancing marriage and kids alongside her busy career, Kravitz said: "You just kind of have to be realistic. If I want to do something well, I have to focus on it. Knowing myself, I'm not going to have a kid and direct movies at exactly the same time. You just have to decide where you want your energy to be."

Kravitz, the daughter of rocker Lenny Kravitz and actress Lisa Bonet, also spoke about being raised by famous parents and her subsequent status as a "nepo." She told the magazine: "I mean, as a kid, you don't really understand that. My dad would come and go, and I really valued my time with him. I think for me, (his fame) was more about really wanting time and then all these people would come and try to take him away."

The star also said she decided to move to New York as it is "the one place where I felt really comfortable," and told the publication that pursuing the arts and acting became a release.

Kravitz has appeared in films including X-Men: First Class, Mad Max: Fury Road, Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them, and more recently she starred in The Batman alongside Robert Pattinson. She has also had TV roles in Big Little Lies and High Fidelity, and also briefly followed in her father's footsteps to pursue a music career as part of R&B duo Lolawolf.

Styles rocketed to fame as a contestant on ITV's The X Factor in 2010 alongside Liam Payne, Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson and Zayn Malik in chart-topping boyband One Direction. The group went on hiatus in 2016, almost a year after Malik left, and the Worcestershire-born star has had four UK number one singles and three UK number one albums as a solo artist.
