UFC's Hokit Claims Michelle Obama Is a Man at White House Event

UFC fighter Josh Hokit sparked controversy after winning his bout at the UFC Freedom 250 event, hosted by US President Donald Trump on the White House South Lawn, by declaring 'Michelle Obama is a man.'

Hokit's Post-Fight Remarks

Hokit, who defeated fellow heavyweight Derrick Lewis, made the statement during a post-fight interview with Joe Rogan. As he concluded the interview, he said, 'Michelle Obama is a man. Am I right, America?'

Footage circulating online captured mixed reactions from the crowd, with some laughing while others appeared visibly taken aback. Rogan did not respond to the comments, simply announcing Hokit's name.

After the interview, Hokit approached Trump and draped a chain around the president's neck.

Other Event Highlights

Earlier in the evening, Brazilian fighter Mauricio Ruffy delivered a stunning knockout before proposing to his girlfriend, Nadine, who responded with a thumbs up.

Meanwhile, US Park Police reported that UFC middleweight champion Sean Strickland's presence at the Ellipse caused disorder. He was not arrested but was taken to his hotel and told not to return to the venue. Earlier, he had been escorted barefoot out of the White House Ellipse area.

Boxing legend Tyson Fury also made a surprise appearance, joining Trump, First Lady Melania Trump, and other notable figures. Fury wore a cap reading 'Donald Trump for Prime Minister' alongside an embroidered British flag.
