Sydney Sweeney Shows Off Fit Figure in Underwear Promo

Sydney Sweeney has taken to Instagram to share new snaps showcasing her fit figure while promoting her underwear brand, SYRN. The 28-year-old Euphoria actress posed in a kitchen setting, displaying her toned body in her underwear line.

In the post, Sweeney captioned the images: “Are you a small town girl? New drop out now.” Fans quickly flooded the comments with praise, with one writing: “Super gorgeous as always, dear Sydney.” Another commented: “You’re absolutely amazing WOW,” while a third added: “So cute and lovely and strong too.”

Sweeney’s Fitness Routine

Sweeney’s fit physique aligns with her well-documented passion for fitness and health. The Hollywood star recently revealed her love for Solidcore, a high-intensity, low-impact full-body workout performed on a pilates-inspired reformer. Describing the workout, she told Women's Health it was “one of the greatest workouts you could do,” noting she attends the studio two to three times per week. “It just makes me feel so toned and strong, but also elongated, and I feel so good doing that,” she said.

Solidcore’s approach involves slow, controlled movements designed to break down muscles so they rebuild stronger, all set to dimmed lights and loud music.

MMA Background

Sweeney is also known for her background in Mixed Martial Arts, having started training at age 13 when her mother drove her to an MMA academy in Los Angeles. Her former MMA coach, Arthur Chivichyan, recalled her toughness to the Daily Mail: “Sydney was a tough, competitive person. And yes, it’s true. She would beat up guys.”

Chivichyan described the gym as a place where “99% men” trained, and where people “get knocked out,” rather than a gentle jiu-jitsu environment. “She wasn’t a crybaby,” he added. “She trained hard, sweat dripping down her face, hair messy, and she didn’t care. We treated her just like any other student and when any new guys joined, she would beat a lot of them up.”

The coach also praised Sweeney’s character, noting she hasn’t let fame change her. When he and members of the Hayastan Academy met her at Shake Shack before a private screening of her boxing movie Christy, she greeted them with hugs and spent an hour catching up. “She didn’t have to do that. But she cared. She said if we host a screening for students, she will come and surprise them. That’s the real Sydney,” Chivichyan said.
