Sean 'Diddy' Combs rushed to hospital from prison with head injury

Sean 'Diddy' Combs was reportedly rushed to hospital from prison over the weekend after suffering a head injury behind bars. The 56-year-old musician, jailed in October 2025 after being found guilty on prostitution-related charges and handed a 50-month sentence following a lengthy trial, is currently incarcerated at low-security federal New Jersey prison Fort Dix.

Incident on Saturday

It is thought that Combs suffered a head injury, the cause of which remains unclear, on Saturday, and was taken to hospital for treatment. Sources told TMZ that "the ambulance pulled out of Fort Dix around 1am," but then claimed that the injury was "not life-threatening," as it was noted that the rapper was "conscious and speaking" when he was transported back to the prison early on Saturday morning.
