Sam Thompson and his girlfriend Talitha Balinska made their red carpet debut at the King's Trust 50th Anniversary Celebration on Monday, accompanied by his sister Louise. The TV personality, 33, and the influencer, 25, appeared more in love than ever as they posed for photographs at the Royal Albert Hall.
Couple's Stylish Appearance
The couple, who confirmed their romance in December, dressed to impress for the star-studded event. Sam, who previously dated Zara McDermott, looked dapper in a black double-breasted suit paired with a crisp white shirt and a smart navy tie. The I'm A Celebrity star wrapped his arm around Talitha, who stunned in a white satin gown. She styled her brunette hair in voluminous waves, wore heels, and kept jewellery minimal.
Sam's sister Louise, 36, joined them on the red carpet, looking sensational in a black satin gown with a mesh cape. The mother-of-one added height with black stilettos and styled her dark hair in a sleek updo.
Sam Opens Up About Relationship and Awkward Radio Moment
In February, Sam revealed he told Talitha he is 'in love' with her while they were sitting on the sofa, admitting to friend Pete Wicks that he had 'known for a bit' but struggled to say the words. Last month, Sam shared his feelings about a viral radio call concerning his ex-girlfriend Zara McDermott's new boyfriend, Louis Tomlinson.
The radio presenter split from Zara, 29, in 2024 after five years together. Zara later confirmed her relationship with the former One Direction singer, going Instagram official after weeks of speculation. While hosting his Hits Radio Breakfast show, Sam was put on the spot by a listener who asked: 'How do you feel about playing the song from One Direction, Steal My Girl, knowing that one of the 1D boys did actually steal your girl?'
On his podcast Staying Relevant with Pete Wicks, Sam explained: 'I love breakfast radio but when you put a link out and we take a call... I believe good old Holly said "Are there any songs that Sam doesn't like playing on the radio?" Which is fair enough. But then Holly comes on and asks a slightly different version of that question. I meant every word of it by the way. I feel like we can move on, it's been enough time.'
Pete added: 'I thought you handled it very well. No one cares other than Holly and just from me to you Holly, "f*** you".' Pete joked: 'Call my f***ing radio station and see what answer you get.'
Despite the brutal question, Sam handled it professionally. He replied: 'Holly, I am live on air! How do I feel? First of all, it's a brilliant song. I still listen to it on the tube. I don't actually feel weird about it because I feel quite happy as long as everyone else is happy. I think everyone has found their person, and I think that's really, really nice. And I've actually met said guy, and he seems like a really nice dude, so I feel pretty good about it. And it is an absolute banger. Everyone is looking for love, you know.'
Zara and Louis's Relationship
The former Love Island star began dating Louis in March 2025, with the couple jetting to the Caribbean after spending their first Christmas together. It is understood that Zara has moved into Louis's north London mansion, having initially moved back into her parents' house after leaving the Fulham home she shared with Sam.
Sam and Talitha's Big Step
Sam's new girlfriend Talitha revealed the couple have taken a big step in their relationship. In a TikTok video, she teased that she has moved into his Fulham home, saying: 'Living with a man is so exhausting. All I asked was for him to put this toothbrush in the right place. God.' The influencer could be seen picking Sam's pink toothbrush up from beside the sink and putting it back in the holder.
