Former glamour model Rebecca Loos has opened up about her harrowing experience on the hit reality show 'Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins', revealing she was punched in the face and even shot during the extreme military-style training.
The 46-year-old, who rose to fame in the early 2000s, described the show as "the toughest thing I've ever done", pushing her both physically and mentally to her absolute limits.
A Brutal Challenge
Loos, who appeared on the Channel 4 series, recounted one particularly intense moment where she was struck in the face during a combat exercise. "I didn't see it coming," she admitted. "One second I was standing, the next I was on the ground."
But the shocks didn't end there. The reality star also revealed she was shot with a training round during a simulated hostage scenario. "The pain was unreal," Loos said. "It left a massive bruise, but I refused to quit."
Why She Said Yes
Despite the brutal nature of the show, Loos explained her motivation for taking part: "I wanted to prove to myself that I could handle anything. After everything I've been through in my life, this was about testing my resilience."
The ex-model, who now works as a yoga instructor in Norway, said the experience changed her perspective on life. "When you're pushed that far, you discover what you're really made of," she reflected.
