Olivia Attwood and Pete Wicks have been enjoying a romantic break in Ibiza, with the reality stars displaying their affection openly. The couple, who have been dating since March, were seen getting touchy-feely at beachside restaurant Cala Gracioneta. Pete, 37, groped Olivia's bum as they canoodled in front of other holidaymakers.
Source confirms 'summer of love'
According to a source, Olivia, 35, has let her guard down and is happy to flaunt her new romance. The source even suggested moving in together could be on the cards. “Olivia and Pete are having a summer of love,” the source said. “People never thought this relationship would work out, but it’s the real thing. Olivia wants it to be very public and to be seen. She’s never felt happier.”
Couple's matching style
Showing how in tune they are, the couple appeared to have started dressing in similar styles in Ibiza. Olivia channelled her inner rock chick in a fitted white T-shirt, ripped leather trousers and heavy eye make-up, while Pete showed off his tattoos in a black vest teamed with shades and wide-leg trousers.
From heartbreak to happiness
Back in April, former Love Island star Olivia revealed she cried so much she nearly passed out following her break-up from her husband Bradley Dack. She tied the knot with the Gillingham FC player in 2023, but they split in January, citing a “breach of trust”. Close pal Pete, who co-hosts KISS FM’s Sunday Roast radio show with Olivia, soon became a shoulder to cry on. Our source said, “Olivia is completely smitten with Pete and she really wants everyone to see it. They’ve got sexual chemistry and can’t keep their hands off each other. Pete is definitely helping her heal her heartbreak.”
Public display of affection
Olivia seems far more relaxed about their relationship status being public than she has done previously. In a video clip of their Balearic getaway that she shared on Instagram, Pete can be seen watching on as her sister surprises her with an unexpected visit. By contrast, when Olivia and Pete enjoyed a romantic break in St Tropez in April, the Bad Boyfriends host didn’t mention or picture the For Dogs’ Sake presenter on Instagram – although eagle-eyed fans spotted his glasses in a photo. At the time, a source told new they didn’t want “all the media pressure and glare on them”.
History of their relationship
Pete and Olivia first bonded nearly a decade ago after meeting at the 2017 Specsavers Awards in London. Fresh from her career-making stint on season three of Love Island, Olivia was bowled over by the Essex boy’s wit, later saying, “I didn’t realise how funny Pete was. I only really knew him from TOWIE, where that didn’t come across. We had the same sense of humour, so we hit it off really quickly.” When Olivia briefly joined TOWIE in 2019, the pair got to know one another better, and last August the rumour mill went into overdrive after she was pictured in Pete’s arms on board a yacht in Ibiza. But despite their suggestive body language, Olivia brushed off the gossip and they continued to co-host their KISS radio show as normal.
From friends to lovers
In March, just two months after her split from Bradley, she and Pete were snapped enjoying a smooch in a dimly lit London bar. At the time, pals of Olivia were said to be fearful the ladies’ man might cause her further pain as Pete has had a string of high-profile romances. Last year, he admitted on Paul Brunson’s We Need To Talk podcast that he has “hurt a lot of people”. As well as enjoying brief flings with Essex beauties Jess Wright, Chloe Sims and Ella Rae Wise, Pete had a turbulent romance with reality TV regular Megan McKenna, 33, which played out on TOWIE. The pair started dating in 2016, but their on-off relationship imploded after 18 months, with Pete confessing he’d been “messaging other women”. More recently, he has been linked to Strictly Come Dancing pro dancer Jowita Przystal and former EastEnders actress Danielle Harold, while in 2024, Love Island star Maura Higgins hinted he had cheated on her – a claim Pete later denied – after they enjoyed a brief romance.
Future plans
But it seems the self-styled bad boy could finally have turned a corner, thanks to London-born Olivia. “They’re both in the showbiz industry and understand each other’s world,” our source said. “They laugh a lot together, they want to move in together and they both want a family one day. Olivia sees Pete as her one for keeps.”
