Zoe Ball spent the weekend with her ex-husband Norman Cook and their daughter Nelly at a friend's wedding in Dorset, just days after revealing the 16-year-old had moved in with her DJ father. The former Radio 2 host, 55, shared photos on Instagram of the trio at Parnham Park, where Nelly served as a bridesmaid.
Norman, 62, known as Fatboy Slim, wore a grey suit while Zoe opted for a cream dress. Nelly was pictured in a white maxi dress and flower crown. Zoe captioned the post: 'Congratulations Eva & James & Willow. We [love] you so much. The most perfect wedding celebration for our dear magic friends.'
The BBC star had earlier revealed on her Dig It podcast that Nelly had moved in with her father to focus on her GCSEs. 'Mine's so quiet, it's like ugh! It's less and less because Nel is based more at her dad's now,' she told Jo Whiley. 'All of her CSI revision notes are on the wall at her dad's... she's just spending more time there now.'
Norman had previously told the Mirror that he had been helping Nelly with her studies ahead of his BBC Radio 1 Big Weekend show. 'I've spent the last three weeks getting my daughter through GCSEs, so I've been off the road,' he said. He added that he and Zoe remain 'really good friends and co-parents,' with their son Woody living in Bristol.
