Former WWE superstar Nikki Bella has opened up about her experiences with dating apps following her divorce from Dancing with the Stars professional Artem Chigvintsev. The 40-year-old reality TV star didn't hold back as she shared the highs and lows of navigating the modern dating scene.
Life After Divorce
Nikki, who finalised her divorce from Chigvintsev in 2022 after three years of marriage, admitted that re-entering the dating world has been an eye-opening experience. "It's a completely different landscape now," she revealed during a recent interview.
The Dating App Dilemma
The Total Bellas star confessed to trying multiple dating apps but expressed frustration with the process. "You get so many matches, but then the conversations just fizzle out," she explained. "It's exhausting trying to keep up with everyone."
Nikki also touched on the challenges of dating as a public figure, saying: "You never know if someone is genuinely interested in you or just your celebrity status."
Co-Parenting with Artem
Despite their split, Nikki and Artem remain committed to co-parenting their three-year-old son Matteo. "We put Matteo first in everything," she said. "Artem is an amazing father, and we've worked hard to maintain a healthy relationship for our son's sake."
The former couple, who met on Dancing with the Stars in 2017, have been praised for their mature approach to co-parenting post-divorce.
What's Next for Nikki?
While dating remains a work in progress, Nikki is focusing on her multiple business ventures and raising her son. She recently launched a new wellness line and continues to appear on various reality TV shows.
"I'm not rushing into anything," she said about her love life. "When the right person comes along, I'll know."
