Molly-Mae admits 'shameful' diet, struggles to set example for Bambi

Molly-Mae Hague has admitted she doesn't eat proper vegetables and has fallen into a routine of eating "rubbish". The former Love Island star confessed she's been cutting corners when it comes to her diet and lifestyle.

Molly shares daughter Bambi, three, and son Midas, four months, with boyfriend Tommy Fury. She has explained she wants to improve what she puts on their plates but is struggling to get out of the rut.

Admitting her struggles

She told fans in her latest YouTube vlog: "For Bambi at the minute and also not eating the way like not being healthy in the way that I want to be as a mother like just so that I can be a normal functioning human..."

"Like it's one thing about me that like you guys probably don't even realize it's just not good. Like I don't I really really don't take care of my body in the way I should."

She continued: "I haven't had a proper like a meal. I'm in this like horrendous habit these days of like eating all I can describe as crap but like in small amounts..."

"Pure laziness"

Molly was seen eating sausage and mash with some sweetcorn in the video. She said: "I don't eat proper vegetables. I don't eat proper nutrients. And I'm I'm over it to be honest. This is pure laziness because I couldn't bother to get a jug out... So, I just put the gravy in a mug. Like, I never ever want to say the wrong thing. But honestly, guys, like I am really really ashamed of just my lifestyle in terms of diet."

She added: "I'm like I I wake up every morning. I'm like I I'm like today's going to be the day... Today's going to be the day I'm going to make a change. And it just I don't make the change and I know that I can..."

"Like I watch so many incredible Tik Tok videos and so many inspirational videos of people that have literally transformed their lives when it comes to diet and exercise. And I'm like I know I can do it. I'm just finding excuses as to why why I won't do it."
