Comedian Miranda Hart has been eliminated from Celebrity Traitors after the traitors targeted her for being "a good detective."
In Friday's episode of the BBC show, traitors Maya Jama, James Acaster and King Kenny murdered the Call The Midwife star, ending her run in the competition.
Traitors Explain Their Decision
Acaster explained the reasoning behind the murder, saying: "She's a good detective, she's looking at all of us, she is the most likely to wake up one day and say 'it's Maya, Kenny and James'."
Hart had raised questions about comedian Joanne McNally shortly before learning of her fate, and reacted emotionally to the news.
Hart's Emotional Reaction
Upon hearing she had been killed, Hart said: "No! Absolutely not! I am so cross with myself, I was wholly focusing on my Joanne issue."
She became emotional as she reflected on what the show meant to her, saying it allowed her to "get back and do the thing that I love professionally, and do the things I love personally, wandering round the Scottish Highlands and connecting in nature. There was times I didn't think that would be possible again."
Health Struggles and Tributes
Hart has previously spoken about the fatigue she suffers as a result of her chronic illness, which she has linked to her Lyme disease diagnosis.
After learning of her murder, McNally paid tribute, saying: "She was really powerful, Miranda was like the mother."
Celebrity Traitors continues on BBC One.
