Katie Price's Missing Husband Lee Andrews 'Hiding in Dubai Villa'
Katie Price's Husband Lee Andrews 'Hiding in Dubai Villa'

Katie Price's husband Lee Andrews remains missing, but a close friend of the former glamour model has claimed he is simply ghosting the star. While Katie, 47, has expressed concern after reportedly seeing her man tied up in a FaceTime video, a pal insists he is not kidnapped but rather hiding out in a rented villa in Dubai.

Friend Denies Kidnapping Claims

The Foreign Office has confirmed they are supporting the family of a British man and are in contact with local authorities. However, a source close to Katie told The Sun: "Lee has NOT been kidnapped; he is simply in hiding after also ghosting his devastated wife for the past six days. He is not dead. He is not in jail. And he has not been detained." Instead, he is squatting in a slightly run-down villa, frantically planning a route out of the ginormous hole he has dug for himself, and is understood to be liaising with trusted contacts on a burner phone.

Interpol Wanted

It has also been claimed that Lee is now wanted by Interpol after Hertfordshire police escalated an investigation involving claims from one of his exes. Katie stated she last heard from her husband on Wednesday night at 10pm, when he was trying to cross the border in Dubai to catch a flight to her. She said his location went off at 10.03pm, and that has been the last contact anyone has had.

FaceTime Fears

Katie revealed that during their last FaceTime call, Lee appeared with his hands tied together and a hood over his face, telling her: "They're coming back for me." In a social media post, she described this week as one of her toughest, feeling anxious and overwhelmed.

Despite the conflicting reports, the search for Lee continues as authorities and family await further information.
