Katie Price has spoken out about her dramatic trip to Dubai to confront husband Lee Andrews, who is detained in Al Awir prison over espionage accusations. The 48-year-old former glamour model has revealed shocking details about their relationship, including lies about a travel ban and a massive fine for his release.
Confusion Over Travel Ban
The confusion began when Lee failed to appear on Good Morning Britain with Katie. Initially, he claimed he was on his way to the UK, but later admitted he has a travel ban. Katie told him he made her "look like a d**k" and insisted she "won't stand for" the lies.
Happy to Move On
After a tough few weeks, Katie said she is ready to cut her losses if Lee's answers don't satisfy her. "I'm not a mug," she said. "If the answers I get are not right, that will be it: I'll be done."
Six-Figure Payment
Katie arrived at the prison ready to pay £6,500 for Lee's release, but was told a third case requires £140,000. She drew the line at that amount.
Meeting With His Ex
In Dubai, Katie met Lee's ex, Dina, and recorded a podcast episode. Dina revealed she dated Lee for three and a half years. Katie said her "eyes have been opened" but urged other exes to stop warning her.
Still Loves Him
Despite everything, Katie declared she still loves Lee. "He has been kind to me, and treated me better than anyone," she said. "I cannot just walk away from my marriage without seeing him again."
