Karl Stefanovic is enjoying a career resurgence and improved health after signing with radio network ARN. The Today show host, 51, was seen in North Sydney on Wednesday heading to a beauty spa, sporting a white hat with the words 'zero f**ks' in red.

Karl has recently shed 15 kilos and displayed his trimmer physique in a black T-shirt, blue jeans, and sandals. He admitted using weight loss medication, believed to be a GLP-1 like Ozempic, for three months to kickstart his system. 'It made a huge difference,' he said on his podcast, adding that he now hits the gym two to three times a week and goes for walks.
New Radio Show
Karl has teamed up with Eddie McGuire for a new entertainment and sports radio show called The Long Weekend. The show will air live on the GOLD Network Fridays from 12-3pm across Australia, with distribution on iHeart and social platforms globally. Karl expressed excitement about working with Eddie, stating they aim to 'disrupt the status quo' and have fun.
The Long Weekend launches on June 19, 2026.
