The doctor suggested that the definition could result from a combination of procedures, including lower face and neck lifts, energy-based skin tightening, collagen stimulation, weight management, and careful use of injectables.

Despite the apparent interventions, Critchley emphasised that Travolta still looks like himself. "There is refinement and definition, but it remains natural and recognisable," he said. The mid-face support contributes to a balanced, lifted appearance without looking overfilled.
