Comedian and actor Jack Whitehall has confessed that he still does not know how to drive, despite his successful career and estimated £3 million fortune. The 34-year-old star made the admission during an appearance on ITV's This Morning, alongside hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield.
Whitehall, best known for his roles in Fresh Meat and his stand-up comedy, revealed that he does not feel like a 'complete adult' because he has yet to obtain a full driving licence. 'I don't think I'm a fully fledged adult yet. I still don't have my driver's license - well not properly,' he said.
During the interview, Whitehall jokingly asked fellow guest Vanessa Feltz if she would give him a lift home to Notting Hill on her motorbike. The exchange led to playful banter, with Whitehall quipping about 'fizzing sexual tension' between them after Feltz complimented his blue eyes.
The comedian is preparing for a new stand-up tour, his first in several years. Speaking about the upcoming shows, Whitehall described the material as his 'most personal yet,' focusing on his struggles with settling down and the challenges of adulthood. 'It's about a foppish man-child's cack-handed attempt at adulting,' he said.
