Kelvin and Liz Fletcher's holiday cottage, Stag Cottage, located in the Peak District near Macclesfield and over an hour's drive from Liverpool, is available to book and has become a popular autumn escape.
A Converted Barn Turned Holiday Let
The couple converted an old barn into a holiday let, and its popularity has grown considerably since their ITV series Fletchers' On The Farm aired in 2023. The show follows the family as they adapt to farm life while raising their four children: daughter Marnie, son Milo, and twin boys Maximus and Mateusz.
Liz Fletcher previously said the success had "gone above and beyond our expectations." She told viewers: "Since we put the cottage up for rent as a holiday let, it has just gone crazy. We put it online for about two days, and the year literally sold out."
Welcoming Visitors from Merseyside
In an exclusive interview with the Liverpool ECHO at the National Television Awards last month, Kelvin said he enjoys welcoming people from Merseyside to the cottage. He told the ECHO: "We get Liverpool visiting us very often with our holiday cottage and some of our events. We get a lot of people from Merseyside over which is always good, so Merseyside has got a nice place in our hearts."
The property, advertised on Sykes Holiday Cottages, features three large bedrooms, a luxury king-size bed, a sitting room with a woodburning stove, an open-plan kitchen with an island and breakfast bar, and an elegant dining table. The cottage offers stunning views of the Peak District and is described as a perfect autumn staycation not too far from Liverpool.
