Harper Beckham has been left heartbroken after a failed attempt to see her brother Brooklyn when the family were in Los Angeles on Friday. The 14-year-old had been in the US with her brothers Romeo and Cruz and mum Victoria to celebrate dad David receiving a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Hours after the ceremony, Harper was photographed arriving at Brooklyn's mansion in an SUV. In the pictures published by Page Six, Harper cut a lonely figure as she was seen walking to the gates alone still wearing her pink silk dress from the ceremony. However, attempts at a reconciliation fell flat as Brooklyn and wife Nicola were nowhere to be seen and the youngest Beckham did not go inside.
Brooklyn and Nicola Not Home
Harper showed up at the property unannounced and left seconds later without seeing her brother, as a source confirmed to Page Six that neither Brooklyn nor his wife, Nicola Peltz, were home at the time. The couple is believed to be out of town.
Family Feud Deepens
After sparking a feud when he first snubbed his father's 50th birthday party, Brooklyn denounced his entire family in a scathing Instagram post earlier this year, that left his sister devastated. "I have been silent for years and made every effort to keep these matters private," he wrote. "Unfortunately my parents and their team have continued to go to the press, leaving me with no choice but to speak for myself and tell the truth about only some of the lies that have been printed."
Brooklyn continued: "I do not want to reconcile with my family. I'm not being controlled, I'm standing up for myself for the first time in my life." He accused his mother of dancing inappropriately on him at his wedding and said she and dad David had tried to split him and Nicola up.
David Beckham Remains Silent
Brooklyn had snubbed his father's Walk of Fame celebrations earlier on Friday. In an interview prior to the ceremony, David refused to talk about the feud in an interview with Variety. He said: "To be honest, I'm sorry to stop you there, but that's a private matter. That's the one thing that I don't want to talk about."
