A video posted on X shows Gordon Ramsay letting a young fan sit in his Ferrari F40, a car valued between £2 million and £4 million. The footage captures the celebrity chef approaching the red sports car as fans gathered to take pictures, and he singled out a young boy for a special interaction.
Moment the Chef Hands Over the Keys
In the clip, Ramsay greets the boy, saying: "Hello mate, you good?" He then hands the child the keys to the Ferrari and tells him: "Jump in." The boy climbs inside while Ramsay takes videos and photographs of the moment.
After the delighted boy gets out of the car, Ramsay walks around and spots a parking ticket tucked under the windscreen wiper. He jokes to the young fan: "Is this yours?"

The interaction drew praise from X users. One person described it as "absolutely class," adding that he was "jealous" of the young fan who got the chance to sit inside the Ferrari.
Another user, Matt Casey, wrote: "A really good exchange between Gordon Ramsey and a young fella, the parking fine!" A third said: "Ramsey is a genuinely decent guy to be fair," while a fourth commented: "What a lovely thing to do, legend."
