Reality star Farrah Abraham has claimed to have spent nearly seven figures on plastic surgery over the years, and she was proud to show off the results in a string bikini last week. The 34-year-old Teen Mom alum left little to the imagination as she strutted around the rooftop pool of her Los Angeles hotel in a leopard print bra and red G-string.
Abraham had a full face of makeup and sleek grey hair extensions, which appeared to be new following her feud with a Texas hairstylist last month. The skimpy swimwear perfectly highlighted her hourglass figure, carefully sculpted by various surgeries.
Abraham had her first procedure as a teenager, undergoing a breast augmentation at age 19. Speaking to Daily Mail last year, she admitted to spending around $50,000 on her lips alone. In total, her cosmetic surgery spending is between six and seven figures, with Abraham referring to her physique as a 'million-dollar body'.
Extensive Surgical History
Abraham got her first breast augmentation—going from an A-cup to a C-cup—in 2010 after giving birth to her daughter Sophia. Four years later, she had a second boob job, moving from a C-cup to a D-cup. The following year, she underwent a third breast augmentation to fix botched work from the second.
In 2013, she had a rhinoplasty and chin implant, but later removed the implant due to dissatisfaction. Over the years, she has had multiple butt injections, lip and facial fillers, and a vaginal rejuvenation procedure to make her vagina appear more youthful.
Future Procedures
When asked about future cosmetic procedures, Abraham told Daily Mail she would 'love an invasive surgery next', specifically a blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) and a 'light facelift'. She emphasized prevention, stating, 'I would rather do things younger so I can bounce back and heal.'
Career and Controversies
Abraham shot to fame on MTV's 16 & Pregnant in 2008 and later appeared on Teen Mom for seven seasons until she was fired for pursuing an adult industry career. In 2013, she released a commercial sex tape and continued with strip club appearances and selling genital molds as sex toys. She later became a top creator on OnlyFans, becoming a multimillionaire.
Outside the Teen Mom franchise, she has appeared on Couples Therapy, Botched, Celebrity Big Brother, and other shows. She has also released several books, including the New York Times bestseller My Teenage Dream Ended.
Most recently, Abraham moved into politics by vowing to run for Mayor of Austin. In 2022, she was arrested for battery after a scuffle with a security guard, entering a diversion program to have charges dismissed. In 2018, she was arrested for hitting an employee at the Beverly Hills Hotel, resulting in a lifetime ban, two years probation, five days community service, and 12 hours of anger management classes.
