Danny Miller, best known for his long-running role as Aaron Dingle on the ITV soap since 2008, has always been open with his followers. Recently, however, he turned his focus to a personal health mission. The actor, who is happily married to wife Steph with whom he shares three young children – son Albert born in 2021, daughter Edith in 2023, and newborn baby boy Vincent in July 2025 – decided it was time for a change.
This week, Miller took to Instagram to share a major milestone. In a sweaty, post-workout video filmed on a running machine, he announced a personal best. "That's the fastest I've ever done it," he revealed, later adding, "Very proud of myself." In his caption, he reflected on the journey, writing: "A few months back I started a personal journey. Today, I took a huge step forward on that journey. Merry Christmas."

The transformation comes after the actor famously poked fun at his own appearance in a viral video from 2024. Filming himself bare-chested with a thick beard, Miller jovially critiqued his condition after finishing a work stint. "I've let myself go a bit," he admitted. "My face is round, I've got about four or five chins, beard's long, hair's a mess, like a fat Wolverine, effectively."
This light-hearted moment, which had fans in stitches, seemingly became a catalyst. His vow to undertake a six-week transformation has evidently extended into a sustained and successful effort, with the recent update serving as clear proof of his dedication.
