Doja Cat Wears Sheer Latex Dress at Sephora Event in Paris

Doja Cat ensured all eyes were on her as she stepped out in one of her most daring fashion statements to date, embracing her signature avant-garde style in a head-turning transparent ensemble. The singer, 30, wore a sheer latex-inspired mini dress featuring oversized inflated shoulder panels and metallic nipple jewellery as she attended a Sephora event in Paris, France.

Doja paired the eccentric look with dramatic 80s inspired make-up, translucent green stockings and a black and white spiral fascinator. This is perhaps her boldest look to date but Doja has been spotted in several theatrical outfits recently as she's opened up about embracing the 80s through her style and her love of pushing boundaries.

She's currently in Europe as part of her Tour Ma Vie world tour and her recent performance at London's O2 drew several comparisons to Lady Gaga. However, the American star has revealed she plans on stepping away from the music scene once she wraps on tour later this year, telling Elle magazine: 'I think I want to take three years off. I want to just do whatever. I might do another mural. I'm going to furnish this whole upper area of my house because there's literally nothing in here and there's been nothing in here for four years or five. So, that's bizarre.'

The rapper believes she could even be a comedian if she wanted to as she highlighted song writing is in the same world as joke telling. Doja, real name Amala Ratna Zandile Dlamini, explained: 'When you're a lyricist, you have to have a sense of humour that goes beyond, in some form. Nicki Minaj, Drake, Jay-Z, Kendrick Lamar, Lil Wayne, these people are not comedians, but they are. They could write a stand-up set if they wanted to, but music is much more fun. What is a rapper without a punchline? It's all about irony. I learnt that from Jay-Z, I watched an interview where he said irony is incredibly important when it comes to hip-hop and rap.'
